Privacy policy

This page explains what information I receive when you contact San Diego Recyclers about an equipment pickup.

What you send me

If you submit the pickup form, it may include your message, name, phone number, email address, area, and photos. Only your message is required. If you text me, I also receive the phone number and anything you choose to send.

How I use it

I use your information to review your pickup request, contact you if you left a way to reply, and arrange a pickup. I may keep correspondence in my email or text messages until I delete it. The website form emails submissions to me and does not keep a public list of requests.

Service providers

The website hosting and email systems process information needed to operate the site and deliver messages. Technical records such as IP addresses and website access logs may be kept by those providers for security and troubleshooting.

Your choices

You do not have to upload photos or provide a phone number or email. You can request deletion of correspondence by texting 619-500-6161. I may need to keep certain records where required by law.

Updates

I may update this policy as website features change. Last updated November 2026.
